Postponement of the discontinuation of Telekom - Unifi and/or Telekom Malaysia - Streamyx payee codes via Maybank2u

Dear Valued Customers,

With reference to our announcement on 18 March 2020, kindly be informed that the discontinuation of “Telekom – Unifi” and/or “Telekom Malaysia – Streamyx” bill payments payee codes via Maybank2u will be postponed until further notice due to limitations arising from the Movement Control Order (MCO).

However, to avoid any interruptions to your future payments, you can start paying your TM bills on Maybank2u by selecting “TM-unifi Home, Streamyx & Voice” and keying in your respective TM bill account number. Don’t forget to add it as your new favorite bill payment, and remove “Telekom – Unifi” and/or “Telekom Malaysia – Streamyx” from your favorite list.

Here’s what will happen:

  • “Telekom – Unifi” and/or “Telekom Malaysia – Streamyx” will be automatically removed from your favorite list on Maybank2u. 
  • Your existing recurring payments will be renamed to “TM-unifi Home, Streamyx & Voice” and payments will be processed as usual until your last recurring date.
