Samsung has released an official statement about a fingerprint recognition issue affecting Galaxy Note10/10+ and S10/S10+/S10 5G and has requested its users to update their device to the latest software version.

If you are using Maybank app QuickTouch biometric feature, please ensure your banking device is updated with the most recent Samsung software version for better security and experience.

To view your current setting on Maybank Quick Touch, including enabling or disabling this function, please logon to your Maybank app > Tap on the drawer menu, select 'Me' > Tap on 'Login Details', select 'Biometric Login'.
