How to make a transfer?

Via the MAE app

Step 1: Launch the MAE app and tap ‘Transfer’

Step 2: Go to the Overseas tab and tap ‘Overseas’ tile under New Transfer

Step 3: Select ‘Singapore’ and your debiting account

Step 4: Key in the amount, select SGD and Maybank Overseas Transfer

Step 5: Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the transaction

Step 6: Approve the transfer via Secure2u and the transfer is complete

 

Via Maybank2u web

Step 1: Login to Maybank2u website, select ‘Pay & Transfer’

Step 2: Click ‘Transfer To’ and select ‘Overseas (FTT, Western Union. Visa Direct, Maybank Overseas Transfer)’

Step 3: Select ‘Singapore’ and key in the amount in SGD

Step 4: Select ‘Maybank Overseas Transfer’

Step 5: Fill out details, agree to terms and click ‘Confirm’

Step 6: Approve the transfer via Secure2u on the MAE app and the transfer is complete

Terms and Conditions

  1. First 1,600 customers monthly will be eligible for the RM10.80 service fee waiver (inclusive 8% SST).
  2. The service fee waiver will be credited as cashback to the eligible customers’ registered Maybank Malaysia current or savings/-i account within 90 days after the campaign period.
  3. There is no restriction to the number of times that each eligible customer can receive the service fee waiver during the campaign period (subject to the total number of cashback available for the entire campaign). 
  4. To be eligible for the service fee waiver, customers need to perform a minimum transfer of RM5,000 for individuals and/or RM10,000 for sole proprietors.
  5. The service fee waiver is only applicable for transfers from Maybank Malaysia to Maybank Singapore via Maybank Overseas Transfer only.
