Terms and Conditions

  1. Payment must be made with a Maybank/Maybank Islamic Mastercard, Visa, American Express® or JCB card issued in Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, Cambodia and Brunei. Terms and conditions of the selected cards apply.
  2. Maybank makes no representation or warranty as to the quality, merchantability, or fitness for any purpose of the goods and/or services provided by Timberland Medical Centre. Maybank shall not be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage, or harm suffered or incurred in connection with the offer.
  3. This promotion is valid from 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2027, inclusive of both dates.
  4. The 10% discount applies only to the Health Screening Package fee, and does not include Sales and Service Tax (SST), government taxes, fees, or any other applicable charges. These charges must be paid separately by the cardmember.
  5. This promotion is valid for self-paying patients only and full payment must be made using an eligible Maybank card.
  6. This promotion is not applicable to corporate programmes, insurance panels, third-party payment arrangements, existing package holders, or other sponsored healthcare schemes.
  7. Additional tests, treatments, charges, and/or applicable taxes are excluded and will be billed separately at the clinic prevailing rates.
  8. Eligibility for the health screening package is subject to the consultant’s medical advice and confirmation that the patient qualifies for the package.
  9. This promotion is non-transferable, non-cumulative, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products or services.
  10. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, vouchers, privileges, loyalty programmes, coupons, or promotions unless otherwise specified.
