Terms and Conditions

  • Payment must be made with a Maybank Mastercard, Visa or American Express® Card.
  • The rate is subject to availability and is only valid for individual booking and not valid for group booking.
  • This offer is strictly non-refundable, and cancellation is not allowed but change of date is allowed due to any force majeure events.
  • Change of date must be made seven (7) days prior to the arrival date and it is subject to availability.
  • No infants and young children below the age of 12 years old are allowed for this package.
  • The Hotel reserves the right to refuse or deny accommodation and does not provide compensation to anyone whose use of a room or accommodation would violate the facility’s maximum capacity.
  • Surcharges of RM300.00+ per unit per package is applicable on Eve, Public Holiday and School Holiday.
  • Resort check-in time is after 3:00 PM and check-out time is before 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out request is subject to availability with additional charges applied.
