Terms and Conditions

  • Payment must be made with a Maybank Mastercard, Visa or American Express® Card issued in Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, Cambodia or Brunei.
  • Customers who purchase one (1) standard 6-part Full Body Ultrasound package for men or women at full price are eligible for a 50% discount on the same package for a second person within a single promotional booking.
  • The promotion applies only to standard 6-part Full Body Ultrasound packages, and both individuals must select the same package type. Mixed gender participation is allowed.
  • Add-ons, upgrades, and additional services are allowed but are not eligible for the promotion and will be charged at full price.
  • The 50% discount applies to the second person only. Both appointments must be scheduled at the same outlet and time slot. Bookings will be recorded separately in the system. Full name and NRIC details are required for both individuals at the time of booking.
  • The second person's booking must be arranged through Sonobee Ultrasound Customer Service after the first booking has been successfully made. For assistance, customers may contact:

  • Appointments may be rescheduled provided changes are made at least two (2) hours before the scheduled appointment time. If the second person does not attend, the first person's appointment will proceed at full price and the promotional entitlement will be forfeited. If either appointment is cancelled, the promotion will be voided and standard pricing will apply.
  • Certain ultrasound packages may require specific preparation, and failure to comply may affect scan results. No refunds, repeat scans, or compensation will be provided.
  • All appointments are subject to availability and outlet operational capacity.
  • Offer is not valid with any other on-going promotions, offers, loyalty programs, vouchers and/or discounts.
