Redemption is only available from 10:00am to 10:00pm daily at:

  • Mid Valley Megamall, Kuala Lumpur: Redemption Counter, North Court, Ground Floor
  • The Mall, Mid Valley Southkey, Johor Bahru: Redemption Counter, Centre Court, Ground Floor

Each Cardmember is limited to three (3) redemptions per day, on a first come, first served basis, while daily stocks last. Cardmembers must be MVClub members to be eligible for redemption.

Terms and Conditions

  • The qualifying purchase(s) must be made in a single receipt at any participating tenants in Mid Valley Megamall or The Mall, Mid Valley Southkey, or participating vendors at the Mid-Autumn Festival promotion areas with a Maybank Mastercard, Visa, American Express® or JCB Credit or Charge Card (issued by Maybank Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, Cambodia & Brunei). Acceptance of Visa, Mastercard, American Express and/or JCB Cards is subject to individual stores and merchants in Mid Valley Megamall and The Mall, Mid Valley Southkey. Terms & conditions of the selected cards apply.
  • Promotion is not valid for transaction(s) made at banks, ATMs, money changers, EV charging, food courts, bills, insurance/bill payment counters, credit top-up (any platforms), and Mid Valley Exhibition Centre (MVEC). In addition, transactions made at AEON, AEON Big, Pos Malaysia, car wash, medical centre, dental centre, Dragon-I, The Gardens Mall, hotels, offices and merchants in Mid Valley City, as well as gold trading transactions at The Mall, Mid Valley Southkey, are not eligible
  • To avail the promotion, the eligible cardmember(s) must be an MVClub member.
  • Redemption(s) of the reward item must be made at the designated redemption counters as follows:
    • North Court, Ground Floor, Mid Valley Megamall, or
    • Centre Court, Ground Floor, The Mall, Mid Valley Southkey
      from 10.00am to 10.00pm daily.
  • Redemption(s) is only valid on the same day of purchase/date of receipt issued between 4 September 2026 and 25 September 2026 on a first come, first served basis, while daily stocks last.
  • A valid Maybank Credit or Charge Card, the MVClub membership QR code, the original receipt(s) and the card transaction slip(s) must be presented upon redemption of the reward item(s) for validation. Only original receipt(s) will be accepted. Duplicated receipts are not eligible for the redemption.
  • Each cardmember is limited to three (3) redemptions per day, while daily stocks last.
  • Redemption(s) must be made on the same day of the qualifying purchase transaction date, failing which the Cardmember’s rights to redeem the reward item(s) will be forfeited.
  • Tenants and licensees of Mid Valley Megamall and The Mall, Mid Valley Southkey and their employees are strictly prohibited from redeeming the reward item(s) on behalf of their customer(s).
  • If the reward item(s) is unavailable for any reason, Mid Valley Megamall and The Mall, Mid Valley Southkey reserve the rights to provide an alternative item of an equivalent value.
  • The reward item(s) cannot be exchanged for cash or be used in conjunction with any other promotions, offers, loyalty card or coupons unless otherwise stipulated.
