• Employees of Minor Vacation Club and their immediate families, existing Minor Vacation Club Points Owners, existing Minor Vacation Club Voyager Members, A-Explore and A-Exchange Members, Club Discovery and Club Discovery Plus Members and persons who have attended a Minor Vacation Club preview presentation within the past twelve (12) months are not eligible to participate in this offer.
• A surcharge is payable for stays during peak season (such as Festive periods, Chinese New Year) and seasonal holidays.

• Reservations must be made at least 14 days in advance, and walk-in reservations are not permitted.

Cancellation Policy:

• For Low or Mid-Season: Cancel at least 14 days before arrival date to avoid penalty charge.
  • Cancel 8-13 days before arrival date and 50% of total accommodation charge will be applied.
  • Cancel 7 days or less before arrival date and 100% of total accommodation charge will be applied.
• For High or Peak Season:
  • Cancel at least 21 days before arrival date to avoid penalty charge of entire stay.
• For Peak Season or Last Minute:
  • If booking is confirmed within 30 days of arrival date, it is non-refundable and no changes will be permitted.
• All fees and charges must be paid in full at the time of booking using a Maybank credit, debit, or, charge card.
• Minor Vacation Club reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions of this offer and/or to suspend or terminate the offer and/or vary the offer at any time at its reasonable discretion.
• The decision of the promoter on all matters relating to the offer is final, conclusive, and binding and no correspondence will be entertained.
• In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or materials relating to this offer, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
• Complimentary daily breakfast for 2 guests is included.
