  1. Payment must be made with a Maybank/Maybank Islamic Mastercard, Visa, American Express® or JCB card issued in Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, Cambodia and Brunei. Terms and conditions of the selected cards apply.

The up to 15% discounts on Transient Elastography (Fibroscan), gastroscopy and colonoscopy (upper and lower scope), and Wellness and Premier Health Screening Packages are subject to terms and conditions and do not include Sales and Service Tax (SST), government taxes, fees, or any other applicable charges, which shall be borne separately by the cardmember.be made using an eligible Maybank card.
  5. The complimentary My Diabetes Self-Care Book is applicable only with the purchase of a comprehensive diabetes screening package, subject to availability while stock last.
  6. The 0% EzyPay instalment plan is applicable only for eligible dental procedures and IVF services, and is limited to a maximum of 6-month instalments.
  7. This promotion is not applicable to corporate programmes, insurance panels, third-party payment arrangements, existing package holders, or other sponsored healthcare schemes.
  8. Advanced booking is strictly required to enjoy this promotion. Walk-in patients are not eligible for the discount. Failure to make a prior appointment will result in the discount not being granted.
  9. Additional tests, treatments, charges, and/or applicable taxes are excluded and will be billed separately at the clinic prevailing rates.
  10. Eligibility for the health screening package is subject to the consultant’s medical advice and confirmation that the patient qualifies for the package.
  11. This promotion is non-transferable, non-cumulative, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products or services.
