Important note: Each eligible Cardmember is entitled to one (1) redemption per day only, regardless of the reward item selected or redeemed. Redemptions are on a first come, first served basis, while stocks last, capped at 80 redemptions per reward tier per month. Additional spending beyond the minimum qualifying spend does not qualify for additional rewards.

Terms and Conditions

  • The qualifying purchase(s) must be made in a maximum of three (3) same day receipts at Jewel Changi Airport with a Maybank Mastercard Credit or Debit Card (issued by Maybank Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, or Philippines). Terms & conditions of the selected cards apply.
  • Promotion is not valid for receipts from:
    • Fun Claw, Solace Studios, Rest N Go, Servicing charges from Dyson Demo Store Service Centre, Health screening and screening packages from Minmed Wellness Collective, packages from Natureland Spa Premium

    • Changi Lounge
    • Gift by Changi

    • Online purchases, including website or app ticket purchases for Jewel Attractions
    • Tobacco products
    • Banks / ATMs / Money Changers / Financial Services
    • SISTIC / AXS / SAM payments
    • Cash Card / Stored Value Cards Top-Up transactions
    • Temporary vendors at promotional spaces, e.g. Jewel Atrium, Cloud9 Piazza, pop-up stores, pushcarts/kiosks and vending machines.
    • Lounges, passenger meeting services counters, left-luggage service counters, tour and travel services
    • Car rental/polishing services, airport shuttle and transportation counters
  • Only mobile transactions linked to a Maybank Mastercard credit/debit card made through the following platforms will be recognised as qualifying transactions for the Mastercard Exclusive promotion:
    • Android Pay
    • Apple Pay
    • Changi Pay
    • Google Pay
    • Samsung Pay
  • Transactions made via Alipay, Atome Pay, Fave Pay, Grab Pay, KrisPay or any other related mobile payment that are linked to a Maybank Mastercard credit/debit card are excluded from the promotion.
  • All redemptions must be made at designated redemption venue, from 10:30am to 9:30pm, daily. Last redemption is at 9.30pm.
  • Redemption(s) is only valid on the same day of purchase/date of receipts issued between 1 October 2026 and 30 September 2027 on a first come, first served basis, while monthly stocks last.
  • For avoidance of doubt, “same-day” refers to the transaction date stated on the receipt and not the date of redemption submission.

  • A valid Maybank Credit or Debit Card, the original receipt(s) and the card transaction slip(s) must be presented upon redemption of reward item(s) for validation. Only original receipt(s) will be accepted. Duplicated receipts are not eligible for the redemption.
  • The qualifying receipts are not stackable with other ongoing promotions at Jewel Changi Airport.
  • Tenants and licensees of Jewel Changi Airport and their employees are strictly prohibited from redeeming the reward item(s) on behalf of their customer(s).
  • No alternative item will be provided once the reward item(s) is fully redeemed. If the reward item(s) is unavailable for any reason, Maybank reserves the rights to provide an alternative item of an equivalent value.
  • Reward item(s) cannot be exchanged for cash or be used in conjunction with any other promotions, offers, loyalty card or coupons unless otherwise stipulated.
  • Receipts used for redemption under mall promotions are not eligible for refunds at any tenant store. Exchanges are subject to tenants’ exchange policy.
