Consent to Share Company Information to Merchantrade Asia Sdn Bhd
Malayan Banking Berhad (“MBB”) is collaborating with Merchantrade Asia Sdn Bhd (“Merchantrade”) in the following manner:

a) Merchantrade has appointed MBB as a Referrer to refer MBB’s corporate clients’ foreign workers to introduce the option of signing up as Merchantrade Money (MM Card) cardholders.
b) Any registration for MM Card are subject to Merchantrade’s internal process and approval.
c) No foreign worker’s data/confidential information is being shared to MBB.

In view of the referral arrangement above, we acknowledge and consent to MBB sharing the company information to Merchantrade solely for the purpose of executing the referral process, and is limited to the following:
