We would like to inform you that, following a decision by Perbadanan Tabung Pendidikan Tinggi Nasional (PTPTN), the service for opening SSPN Prime deposit accounts through Maybank branch counters will be discontinued effective 1 October 2026.

As a result, customers will no longer be able to open new SSPN Prime deposit accounts at Maybank branches from the effective date onwards.

Customers who wish to open a SSPN Prime deposit account are advised to use PTPTN's available channels and platforms for account opening and related services.
