Revised Fee for Replacement of Passbook due to Reported Lost

Please be informed that, with effect from 4 July 2026, the fee for savings passbook replacement due to reported lost will be revised (increased) as outlined below:

The revised fee is applicable to both Conventional and Islamic products.
In line with the Bank’s commitment to fair treatment of customers, the applicability of the fee may be reviewed where appropriate.
