Dear Valued Cardmembers,

Please be informed that Thai Airways will be updating its membership ID format effective 1 July 2026. The changes are as follows:

• The current 7-character alphanumeric membership ID will be replaced with a new 10-digit numeric membership ID.
• A transition period from 1 July 2026 until 31 December 2026 will be provided, during which both the existing and new membership ID formats will be accepted.
• Upon completion of the transition period, the old membership ID format will no longer be accepted and may result in unsuccessful transactions. Cardmembers are advised to use the new 10-digit membership ID, which can be obtained directly from their Thai Airways account.

No action is required from cardmembers at this time, other than ensuring the use of the new 10-digit  membership ID before the end of the transition period.
