Dear Valued Cardmember,

Effective 7 September 2026, the Maybank Grab Mastercard Platinum Credit Card (“Grab Credit Card”) will be discontinued. Existing Grab Credit Cards will be automatically migrated to a new Credit Card with improved benefits at no additional cost, and no action is required.

Existing Cardmembers will receive their new Credit Card by post and there will be no spending interruption to your existing Grab Credit Card while you enjoy the new benefits. Once you receive your new Credit Card, activate your card and continue to enjoy the improved benefits.

Your existing 16-digit card number will be maintained, with no disruption to your auto-billing or recurring payments with merchants. If you have your card information saved for e-wallet or shopping apps, kindly update your new CVV and expiry date upon receiving and activating your new Credit Card.
