1) The account holder will be charged for over-the-counter transactions that are available online: RM5.00 per transaction

Examples of transactions available online:
• Withdrawals of less than RM5,000
• Interbank GIRO transactions of less than RM5,000
• Money transfer of less than RM5,000
Premier Savings Account 1) Service Charge on Minimum Balance
 Note: RM5.00/month for average monthly balance of less than RM50,000
Personal Saver Account 1) Pre‑mature closure of FlexiSaver Plan: RM20
Yippie / Yippie‑i Account 1) Replacement of lost savings passbook : RM20 (inclusive of RM10 stamp duty on Letter of Indemity)

2) Replacement of savings passbook due to poor handling: RM10
3) Coin box (Opening of Yippie Account with minimum deposit of RM1,000): No charges

 

Common Fee
  1. Annual debit card fee: RM8 per year (Not applicable for Basic Savings/-i accounts).

  2. Cash withdrawals at non-bank-operated ATMs and SRMs: RM1.00 Interbank Cash Withdrawal Fee applies.
    Note: RM1.00 Interbank Cash Withdrawal Fee is waived for cash withdrawals performed at bank-operated ATMs and SRMs

  3. Early closure of account
    a) Within 3 months of account opening: RM20
    b) Within 3 - 6 months of account opening: RM8

  4. Replacement of Maybank Debit Card: RM12

  5. Request for Printing of Duplicate Statement and/or Certification of True Copy:
    a) Within 1 year from original statement date: RM10.00 per request and RM1.00 per page
    b) More than 1 year from original statement date: RM20.00 per request and RM1.00 per page

  6. Request for Issuance of Duplicate Statement to Customer’s Registered Email Address:
    a) Within 1 year from original statement date: RM10.00 per request
    b) More than 1 year from original statement date: RM20.00 per request

Notes:

  • Certification of True Copy can only be performed to statement printed by branch and not by the customer via eStatement.
  • Online statements are free of charge.
  • All requests should be calculated from the date of the request backwards to the month of the statement.
