Start Charging in 3 Easy Steps!
1. Download and launch the ChargEV app in Google or Apple store.
2. Tap on “Register Now” and follow the steps on-screen 
3. Add a Payment Method (Credit Card)
Launch the ChargEV App → Tap on “More” in the bottom menu → Select “Payment Methods" → "Credit Card" and follow the steps on-screen
4. Plug in the charging cable to your electric vehicle
5. Start Charging on the App:
Locate the station → Select Plug/Bay number → Tap on the “Start Charging” button
6. Stop Charging on the App:
Return the charging connector to its holder once unplugged

How To Check Your Balance?
1. Tap on Profile icon in the top right menu bar
2. Tap on "Payment Methods"
3. Tap on "Wallet"
4. Balance will be available under the respective country's Wallet. Tap to check Wallet's transactions history
5. The Wallet screen will show the wallet balance and transactions history
Notes:
- *The ChargEV Wallet is not available for direct top-up. It is only credited through promotions, voucher redemptions or rewards from ChargEV.
- To start charging your EV, users must register and set a default Maybank/Maybank Islamic Mastercard or Visa Credit Card as the payment method.
- The ChargEV Wallet is only applicable for voucher redemption or reward fulfilment purposes where eligible.
- Rebate is awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Subject to monthly allocation availability.
- Once the monthly pool is fully utilised, no further rebate will be awarded for that month.
Terms & Conditions
- Payment must be made using a Maybank/Maybank Islamic Mastercard or Visa Credit Card, unless stated otherwise. Terms and conditions of the respective cards apply.
- Offer is valid for EV charging transactions via the ChargEV mobile application only. Cardmembers are required to download the ChargEV app and save their Maybank Credit Card as the preferred payment method.
- Rebate will be fulfilled by ChargEV within the ChargEV mobile application, subject to ChargEV’s terms and processing timeline.
- Rebate is subject to minimum spend, per transaction cap, and monthly allocation on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the monthly allocation is fully utilised, no further rebate will be awarded for that month.
- Offer is not valid in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, vouchers, or privileges unless stated otherwise.
- Maybank makes no representation as to the quality, merchantability or fitness for purpose of the services provided by ChargEV and shall not be liable for any loss, damage or issue arising from the use of the ChargEV platform.
- Any disputes relating to the additional 8% rebate, charging services, app functionality, or rebate fulfilment should be directed to ChargEV at +60 11-2337 3387 or support@chargev.my, and will be governed by ChargEV’s terms and conditions.
- Subject to other terms and conditions imposed by ChargEV for the use of its goods and/or services.
- For avoidance of doubt, this applies only to the additional 8% rebate offered to myimpact and Maybank Cardmembers. Any disputes relating to existing myimpact Credit Card/-i benefits or Maybank promotions should be directed to Maybank.
