Terms and Conditions
- Payment must be made with a Maybank/Maybank Islamic Mastercard, Visa or American Express® Card issued in Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, Cambodia or Brunei.
- All walk-in purchases require presentation of a valid Maybank card and NRIC/passport for verification. The Operator reserves the right to deny entry should verification requirements not be fulfilled.
- Pricing is applicable for adults (12–59 years old), children (3–11 years old), and senior citizens (60 years old and above).
- Children aged below 3 years old are entitled to free admission.
- Ticket holders are required to wear SKYSCAPE’s shoe covers in the Sky Bridge area. Shoe covers are sold separately over the counter at RM2 nett per pair.
- There shall be no refunds or exchanges of tickets due to inclement weather or any other reasons. Appeals for date changes will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, subject to availability, within a maximum of three (3) days from the date of purchase. Appeals must be made at least three (3) days prior to the purchased session. Amendments, reductions, or cancellations are not allowed if requested outside the specified timeframes.
- The selected session date and time must be strictly adhered to. Failure to arrive at the stated time may result in refusal of admission without refund or replacement.
- Tickets are valid only for the session stated, with each session lasting two (2) hours.
- Tickets are valid strictly for the specific date, session, and time purchased.
- Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-revalidate, and non-extendable.
- Operating hours are daily from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM, with the last admission at 8:30 PM.
