Applicants must be:
- Gainfully employed in Public Listed Companies, Multinational Companies, Government Linked Companies, corporate customers under Maybank, Financial Institutions, Private Hospitals, Private Institutions of Higher Learnings, Professional Firms & in established companies (with a minimum of three years in operation)
OR - Self-employed Professionals (e.g. doctors, lawyers, engineers, valuers, accountants, surveyors who are governed by their respective Professional Bodies),
AND
With credit score of between 1 to 6

- Property Valuation Report is required for completed property with Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC). You may inquire in-branch on how to obtain these.
