• Bookings must be made at least 48 hours prior to appointment requested date.
• No refund will be provided with cancellations of healthcare packages purchased through Global Health and Travel.
• The complimentary e-subscription is valid for one year from the date of redemption and it will provide complimentary access to the upcoming issues (4 issues per year) as well as the back issues (30+ issues)
