We will register all claims reported and assist you so that you can receive prompt payment. Read about the procedures for specific insurance claims here:
- Most claims can be settled with just one phone call (subject to terms & conditions), without the need to submit any documents.
- Should additional information or documents be required, you will be advised accordingly. We will guide you into filing a claim in the most convenient way.
Home Building (Fire/Houseowner) & Home Contents (Maxihome Contents)
- The Helpdesk will arrange for a loss adjuster to prepare an estimate for the loss. In most cases, there will be no need for you to obtain another quote.
- In case of robbery, the Helpdesk will arrange to replace stolen electrical goods if equivalent model is available through a dedicated supplier.
- For most household items that cannot be repaired, Helpdesk can also arrange for replacement items from a dedicated supplier.
- In case of an accident, call from the accident location for assistance.
- The Helpdesk will arrange for an approved panel workshop personnel to collect your car for repair. The Helpdesk will follow-up closely to ensure that your car is collected, and arrange for the necessary documentations.
- For broken windscreens, the Helpdesk will direct you to a panel repairer and no money is paid up front. The invoice will be sent directly to us.
