Your customers can pay their bills online by debiting their Maybank savings/current account(s) or credit cards issued locally by Maybank and other financial institutions. There are 2 options available:
Log on to the Maybank2u Pay portal and select ‘Sign Up Now’ to create an account.
Once your access has been created, you are required to login and register as a payee by completing an online payee application form.
Note: The Bank shall assess and review the application accordingly and thereafter, either accept or reject the application without the need to assign any reason or provide information thereto at its sole and absolute discretion.
Once we have approved your application, we will issue the following documents:
Letter of Offer
Letter of Debit Authorisation
You shall be required to login to Maybank2u Pay portal and print the documents, signed their acceptance and courier the original form to the below address:

If you register for JomPAY or M2U Bill Payment Upon receiving your documents, our marketing representative will meet with you to discuss your business, technical and operational requirements in detail.
If you register for Maybank2u Pay Upon submission of your application, we will provide you with a UAT Payee Code which you will then proceed to test the integration with M2U. We will also issue the production payee code for your live environment once we have received your documents.
