About the job:

  • We are an award winning contact center that operates 24 by 7 supporting both locally & international market.
  • This is strictly a shift position.
  • This is a 1 year contract position with possibility of absorption to full fledge employment upon performance review.


  • Honour's Degree or Diploma or its equivalent in any discipline from a recognized University - Minimum of two (2) years of Contact Centre customer service experience;
  • SPM holders with minimum 4 years Contact Centre customer service experience.
  • Language capability: Excellent in English & Bahasa Melayu (spoken & written). Ability to speak and write in Mandarin is an added advantage
  • IT savvy with good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Good team player
  • Must be able to work in Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam
  • Malaysian citizen only

Telesales Executive

  • Promote and acquire customer for various types of products within the Maybank Group
  • Achieve and exceed sales performance via up sell and cross sell
  • Adhere to banking regulations, policies and procedures at all times
  • Persistently champion the Maybank brand to maximise opportunities and contribute to  customer loyalty and retention
  • Continuously uphold integrity in all customer interactions
  • To serve effectively and efficiently in meeting customer requirements


  • Degree or Diploma holders from recognized university
  • SPM holders with minimum of 1 year TELESALES experience
  • Negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Malaysian citizens only
