Amundi International Fund ("The Fund") is a global mixed assets Feeder Fund under Growth fund type.

As a feeder fund, the Fund invests most of its investments into the Target Fund, First Eagle Amundi International Fund, a Global mixed assets fund which seeks to achieve capital growth through diversification of its investments over all categories of assets, while using a ‘value' investment approach.

The Fund is available in both MYR and USD classes.

The Fund is launched on 15 August 2016 on Maybank's platform. The Fund Manager is Amundi Malaysia Sdn Bhd and the Trustee is Deutsche Trustees Malaysia Berhad.

Fund Information

  • The fund is suitable for investors who:
    • Seek income distribution; and
    • Plan to hold their investments from the medium to long term.
  • Asset allocation as follows:
    • A minimum of 90% of the NAV of the Fund will be invested in Target Fund;
    • A minimum of 10% of the NAV of the Fund will be invested in liquid assets.
  • The Fund intends to distribute income at least once a year, subject to the availability of income.
  • The Fund does not have a benchmark due to the "value approach" investment policies which is not represented by any relevant benchmarks.
  • Sales charge per unit is up to 5.00% of the NAV per unit of the Fund.
  • The repurchase charge is Nil.
  • Transfer fee is Nil.
  • Switching fee is Nil.
  • Base currency is Malaysian Ringgit.
  • Minimum units held is 10,000 units for the MYR Class and 5,000 units for the USD class.
  • Annual Management fee is 2.00%.
  • Trustee Fee is 0.05% per annum of the NAV of the Fund, (excluding foreign custodian fees and charges), accrued daily and payable monthly to the Trustee. This fee is subject to a minimum fee of RM18,000 per annum.
  • Minimum initial investment is RM10,000 for the MYR class and USD5,000 for the USD class.
  • Minimum additional investment is RM1,000 for the MYR class and USD5,000 for the USD class.
  • Minimum redemption amount is 1,000 units. Redemption monies to be paid within ten (10) calendar days from the date of redemption request is received by the Manager.
  • Cooling off period, unit holders may exercise cooling-off rights within six (6) business days commencing from the date the application of investment received by the Manager. This is however, only available on your first investment with the Manager.
