Customer Service Executive
About the job:
- We are an award winning contact center that operates 24 by 7 supporting both locally & international market.
- This is strictly a shift position.
- This is a 1 year contract position with possibility of absorption to full fledge employment upon performance review.
Requirements:
- Honour's Degree or Diploma or its equivalent in any discipline from a recognized University - Minimum of two (2) years of Contact Centre customer service experience;
- SPM holders with minimum 4 years Contact Centre customer service experience.
- Language capability: Excellent in English & Bahasa Melayu (spoken & written). Ability to speak and write in Mandarin is an added advantage
- IT savvy with good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Good problem-solving skills
- Good team player
- Must be able to work in Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam
- Malaysian citizen only
Telesales Executive

- Achieve and exceed sales performance via up sell and cross sell
- Adhere to banking regulations, policies and procedures at all times
- Persistently champion the Maybank brand to maximise opportunities and contribute to customer loyalty and retention
- Continuously uphold integrity in all customer interactions
- To serve effectively and efficiently in meeting customer requirements
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma holders from recognized university
- SPM holders with minimum of 1 year TELESALES experience
- Negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Malaysian citizens only
