We are in the midst of enhancing our security features. With this enhancement, Transaction Authorisation Code (TAC)* will only be valid per transaction. For any subsequent transactions, you will need to request new TAC.
*TAC received through SMS

For customer who requested TAC from ATM machine, Kawanku Phone Banking or from overseas**, TAC is valid as per normal.
**For customers who are overseas and did not register for TAC to be delivered via SMS

In addition, effective from 04 June 2011, NEW user will not be able to request TAC via ATM. Please register your mobile phone number at the nearest branch in order to receive TAC via ATM or SMS.

Existing customers who register before 04 June 2011, they can still request TAC via ATM without registering their mobile number at the Branch.

We also would like to invite you to register your Favourite Payees, Favourite 3rd Party Account and Favourite Interbank GIRO to avoid any hassle in doing your banking.
