1. What is Bills & Statements?
Bills & Statements provides your monthly statements and bills (banking statements, credit card and selected bills, advices and notices) in M2U. So you have the option of viewing and saving them in your computer instead of receiving a printed statement by mail every month.

2. How do I activate access to Bills & Statements?
The first time Bills & Statements is accessed, you will be required to read and accept the Terms and Conditions of Access. This is a one-time acceptance and after this, you will be able to view your bills and statements directly.
Steps to activate:
- Login to Maybank2u.com
- Select "Bills & Statements" in the main page.
- You will be prompted to read and accept the Terms and Conditions of Access to Bills & Statements, if you have not previously done so. (Please read carefully and understand it before continuing.)
- Click "Accept" to proceed.
- You can now view and download your statements or register to view your bills* in M2U.
Important:
- When you accept the Terms and Conditions of Access to Bills & Statements, you agree that you will no longer receive printed statements by mail from the Bank. However, you will continue to receive your bills until further notice.
- *Please allow 3 to 4 days after registration to view bills online.
- You require Adobe Acrobat Reader version 7 or above to open PDF files.
- Your statements may be updated at different times of the month, according to the account type, and not on the 1st of each month.

4. What bills and statements will I be able to view in M2U?
You can view statements for:
- Savings Accounts (passbookless accounts only): Conventional, Islamic and Joint accounts. Your account must have a minimum average balance of RM1,000 for 1 statement cycle. (Online statements are not available for passbook savings accounts)
- Current Account: Conventional, Islamic and Joint accounts
(Not available for combined statement) - Credit Cards: Maybankard Visa, MasterCard, American Express
- Trading Accounts: Maybankinvest Share Margin Financing, Maybank Investment Bank Berhad
You can view bills for:
- Telekom Malaysia
- Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) and
- DiGi (Postpaid)
- Celcom
More bills will be available later.

5. Will I be able to view my statements anytime?
You will be able to login and view your bills during the time Maybank2u.com is available. However, bear in mind that you are viewing your monthly bills which will be updated at different times of the month according to your billing cycle and not necessarily on the 1st of each month.
You need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader version 7 (or above) to open the PDF files.

6. Will I be able to view all monthly statements on the 1st of each month?
Monthly statement updates vary according to account type and billing date. Here is a guide for your reference.

7. How many months’ statement history will be available in Maybank2u.com?
You will be able to view the following:

8. What is the difference between my M2U Account Summary and Bills & Statements?
The difference is:
- Your M2U Account Summary shows your real time account balances and transactions to date.
- Bills & Statements stores your monthly account, credit card, trading account and other statements. These statements may be updated at different times of the month, according to the account type, and not on the 1st of each month.

9. How do I print/download my bill or statement?
You have the option of printing your statement or saving it in your computer. You require Adobe Acrobat version 7 & above for this.
- Go to "Statement Summary" or the "Statement Details" page.
- Select the "Download/Print" button.
- Your statement will be displayed in PDF format.
- Click on the PDF icon to open your statement.
- Proceed to print or select the "Save" button to download it to your computer.
Notes:
For offices with restricted access to the internet, please get help from your administrator offices to download Adobe Acrobat. There is no Print/Download function for Maybankinvest monthly statements. This will be mailed to you.

10. What is needed to register my bills for this service?
Here's what you need to register your bills for the following Payee Corporations:
- Telekom - IC Number
- TNB - Contract Number (or "No. Kontrak")
- DiGi - Mobile Number
- Celcom

11. My TNB bill Contract No. only has 6 digits but an 8-digit number is required for bill registration in M2U. What do I do?
If your Tenaga Nasional Berhad bill Contract No. (No. Kontrak) is less than 8 digits, please add zeros in front of the numbers to make it 8 digits in total.

12. Will my electronic statement be accepted in case of any dispute?
It is a valid document. All you have to do is obtain an endorsed copy at any Maybank branch in case of dispute or for other purposes.

13. If I am a joint account holder, will I be able view my bills and statements?
Both primary and secondary joint account holders will be able to view bills and statements in M2U.

14. Will I continue to receive printed bills and statements by mail?
Once you choose to accept the Terms and Conditions of Access to Bills & Statements, you will no longer receive printed Current/Savings Account & Credit Card statements by mail. You will be able to view and download them at Maybank2u.com.

15. How do I revert if I would like to have Hardcopy of my statements again?
In order to revert hardcopy statement, I/We may request from MGCC Banking and Finance team, or through the home branch / service fulfilment unit using a letter or an Email. This will take 3-5 working days to do and changes will be effective on the next cycle of statement.
