We’ve made some enhancements to strengthen your banking security! From now on, the MAE app is the only platform to reset your Maybank2u password. This is designed to provide you with a more secure online banking experience.
To reset your password, start by clicking on the scenario that applies to you:
SCENARIO 1 - You forgot your Maybank2u password but remember the MAE app PIN
SCENARIO 2 - You forgot your Maybank2u password and forgot the MAE app PIN (or you cannot proceed with scenario 1)
SCENARIO 3 - You remember your Maybank2u password but just want to change it
Note: This is only applicable to Individual/Sole Proprietor users, there are no changes for M2U Biz and M2E users.
