To send an e-Duit Raya, simply launch the Maybank app and follow these simple steps.
VIA MAE
Step 1: Go to Raya Returns and enter your password.
Step 2: Select ‘Send e-Duit Raya’ > ‘Send e-Duit Raya with MAE’
Step 3: Select your recipient from your contact list (MAE and Non-MAE users)
Step 4: Enter amount and select ‘Send Now’.
Step 5: Approve your transactions with Secure2u or SMS TAC. Done, and your cash rewards will be displayed!
VIA RAYA QR
Step 1: Go to Raya Returns and enter your password.
Step 2: Select ‘Send e-Duit Raya’ > ‘Send e-Duit Raya with QRPay’
Step 3: Your camera will be activated. Please scan the recipient’s QR code.
Step 4: Enter Amount and tap ‘OK’. Done, and your cash rewards will be displayed!
If you’re not a MAE user yet but someone sends an e-Duit Raya to you, simply download the Maybank app and sign up for MAE account. Your e-Duit Raya will be credited to you instantly once your account is created.
