All bookings must be accompanied by personal details for registration purpose. During the registration at the SMCI Health Screening Centre counter, patients/customers are required to present their Maybank Cards.

Terms and Conditions

  • Payment must be made with a Maybank/Maybank Islamic Mastercard, Visa, American Express® or JCB card issued in Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, Cambodia and Brunei. Terms and conditions of the selected cards apply.
  • Neither party makes any representation or warranty as to the quality, merchantability, nor fitness for any purpose of the goods and/or services provided. Neither party shall be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage, or harm suffered or incurred in connection with the offer.
  • Offers cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with any other promotions, offers, loyalty card or coupons.
  • The discount is only applicable to non-promotional items.
  • The discount is not applicable to existing ongoing schemes with corporate clients and is only valid for self-pay patients.
  • Customers will need to make a prior appointment with Wellness Centre, failing which no discount shall be granted.
  • The discount will only be given if the total bill has been paid in full by the customer before the customer is discharged from or leaves the hospital.
  • Offer is made applicable to screening package’s charges only, excluding any other additional charges and/or relevant taxes.
  • Offer is also subject to consultant’s advice on whether the customer is qualified for the package or not.
