- Ipoh Branch: 014-925 9211 - All appointments will be scheduled based on mutual availability of both Cardmember and therapist. Booking slots are subject to availability and will be confirmed on a first come, first served basis.
- Cardmembers must notify Soul Mechanics at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule their session. Reschedule requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will be considered a late cancellation and will incur a RM50 late cancellation fee.
- Offers are not applicable to standalone assessments, corporate Employee Assistance Program (EAP) packages or ad hoc sessions outside the specified packages.
- Offers cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with other promotions/offers, coupons/vouchers and loyalty/privilege cards.
