Terms and conditions

• Available to customers residing outside the European Union who meet the standard French tax-free shopping eligibility requirements.
• Customers must be at least 16 years of age.
• An original valid passport and any required supporting documentation must be presented at the time of purchase.
• Purchases must be intended for personal use and comply with all applicable customs and export regulations.
• Customers must have their habitual residence outside the European Union and must be eligible for tax-free shopping under applicable French regulations.
• Customers must be visiting France for less than six (6) months and must present the original valid passport and any other supporting documents required at the time of purchase. Photocopies or digital reproductions are not accepted.
• Eligible purchases must be retail purchases of a personal and tourist nature. Goods must not be intended for commercial export or consumption in France and must be taken out of the European Union in accordance with the applicable customs rules.
