• This promotion is valid for offline / walk-in ticket purchases only at Just Pets Megastore.
• Online purchases, advance bookings, and third-party platforms are excluded unless otherwise stated.

Non-Transferability & Combination

• The offer is non-transferable, non-refundable, and not exchangeable for cash or other goods or services.
• This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, vouchers, loyalty programmes, or privilege cards unless otherwise stated.

Merchant Discretion

• Offer is subject to individual merchant’s product exclusions and availability at the discretion of Just Pets Megastore.

Tax & Fees

Safety & House Rules

• All Just Farm & Just Cats visitors must strictly adhere to the house rules, safety guidelines, and staff instructions while on the premises.
• Just Pets Megastore reserves the right to deny entry or remove any visitor who fails to comply with safety rules without any refund or compensation.

Liability Disclaimer

• Just Pets Megastore shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, or mishap suffered by visitors due to non-compliance with safety rules, personal negligence, or misuse of facilities.
• Visitors enter the premises at their own risk and are responsible for their own personal belongings.

Disputes

• Any dispute relating to the goods and/or services provided shall be resolved directly between the customer and Just Pets Megastore.
• Maybank is not an agent of Just Pets Megastore and makes no representation or warranty regarding the quality of goods and/or services provided.

Amendment & Termination

• Maybank and Just Pets Megastore reserve the right to vary, amend, suspend, or terminate the promotion or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms & Conditions and any advertising or promotional materials, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.

Fraud & Abuse

• Any abuse of the promotion, including but not limited to fraudulent transactions or manipulation of payment methods, will result in disqualification and forfeiture of the offer without notice.

Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
