How to refer & earn cash?

Steps and rewards when referring a friend/family to a Maybank Privilege account:

Step1

Refer a friend/family member to Open & Save with

Premier 1 Account / Premier Mudharabah Account-i

(see below on how to be a referrer)

Step 2

Your friend/family must maintain a minimum of Average Daily Balance (ADB) of

RM25,000 for 3 months starting from the subsequent month from successful participating account opening

Step 3

If your friend/family opens & maintains the required ADB for the following accounts, you shall receive:

 

RM100   Premier 1 Account

RM130   Premier Mudharabah Account-i

Step 2

Your friend/family must maintain a minimum of Average Daily Balance (ADB) of

RM50,000 for 3 months starting from the subsequent month from successful participating account opening

Step 3

If your friend/family opens & maintains the required ADB for the following accounts, you shall receive:

 

RM150      Private Banking Account

RM200       Private Banking Account-i

*The Cash Reward shall be credited to your active CASA/IA Account within one (1) month after the Eligibility Period ends.

Eligibility of referrer

  • Open to all existing Maybank / Maybank Islamic customers.
  • Maybank staff and non-individuals are not eligible to participate in this Campaign
  • Customers must be aged 18 years and above
  • Referees must be new to Premier 1 Account / Premier Mudharabah Account-i / Private Banking Account / Private Banking Account-i
  • Referees must successfully open any of the participating accounts during the Referral Period.
  • Successful referrals are defined as
    • Successfully opening any of the participating accounts, depositing/placing fresh funds into said participating accounts and maintaining a minimum required Average Daily Balance (ADB) for 3 consecutive months starting from the subsequent month from successful participating account opening

  • Premier 1 Account and Private Banking Account are protected by PIDM up to RM250,000 for each depositor.
  • Premier Mudharabah Account-i and Private Banking Account-i are not protected by PIDM.
  • Premier Mudharabah Account-i and Private Banking Account-i Indicative Profit Rates and Profit Sharing Ratio are declared on a monthly basis on Maybank2u website.
