  2. Fill up a participation form provided by the cashier with your receipt attached.
  3. Winners will be announced on Simple Life’s official Facebook  and Instagram page

  4. All prizes decisions are made final once announced. No enquiry will be entertained once announcement has been made.

  6. To entitle for cashback, transactions must be made with a minimum purchase of RM10.00 per transaction with Maybank QRPay from the Maybank App, whereby the source of fund must be either from the customer’s Maybank current account, savings account or MAE account at participating outlets.
