Eligibility

Malaysian Citizen
Minimum monthly salary of RM3,000 (inclusive of fixed allowances)
Age 21 to 55 years old
Confirmed and permanent of All Federal Government, State Government, selected of designated & Work + companies.
For Federal Government Contract Employee Strictly Applicable Only to Doctors, Dentists, Pharmacists, Lecturers, Nurses and Teachers who are presently in service and have completed a minimum of one year of contract service.

Fees & Charges

Stamp duty: RM5 for every RM1,000 of the loan / financing amount
Insurance / Takaful add on

The charges will be deducted from the financing amount.

Copy of NRIC of applicant
If salary credited into Maybank Account: Latest 1 months’ salary slip
If salary credited into other bank account: Latest 3 consecutive months’ salary slips AND Latest 3 months’ bank statement
Latest EPF statement/EA/BE Form
Employer’s confirmation letter
Redemption Statement from other Financial Institution (if applicable)**

**Redemption Statement is a statement or redemption letter that is essentially a legal document that lays out the exact amount that you need to pay the bank
