Credit Level Terms Takaful (CLTT)

• Pays your outstanding of mortgage financing in the event of Death or Total and Permanent Disability (TPD)

• 24 hours, worldwide coverage

• Guaranteed Acceptance for sum covered up to RM 200,000¹ (per application)
• Coverage up to RM 2 million for Death/Total Permanent Disability (TPD)² to settle mortgage financing
• Option to capitalise Single Contribution into the mortgage financing up to 10% of financing amount
• Distribution of surplus paid during benefit payout or at maturity
• Additional RM1,000 is payable to next of kin to pay for funeral expenses

¹Applicable for financing applicant age 50 next birthday & below.

²Maximum amount payable for TPD is RM2 million and coverage is up to age 65.

• Minimum coverage limit: RM10,000
• Subject to underwriting should coverage limit exceed RM200,000
• Level Sum Covered according to the remaining financing amount³

• Minimum term: 5 years
• Maximum term: 45 years or expiry at 75 years old (whichever is lower)

• Minimum entry age: 17 years’ old
• Maximum entry age: 65 years’ old
• Expiry age: 75 years old
