Who can redeem

The TREATS Redemption Programme is open to all eligible cardmembers who hold a Maybank Credit/Charge/Debit Card issued by Maybank Malaysia

Who is eligible?

The following Principal Cardmembers are eligible to participate in this redemption programme:

  • All MasterCard and Visa Credit Cards issued by Maybank and Maybank Islamic (excluding Corporate Cardmembers).
  • All American Express® Credit and Charge Cards issued by Maybank and Maybank Islamic (excluding Corporate Cardmembers).
  • All Prepaid Cards issued by Maybank.
  • All Maybank Visa and MasterCard Platinum Debit Cards, Visa Debit Cards issued by Maybank.
    (Effective 1 March 2015, TreatsPoints is no longer awarded for Debit Card transactions. Please refer to TreatsPoints Terms & Conditions for more information.)


Who is ineligible?

The following Cardmembers are not eligible to participate in this redemption programme:

  • Maybank World MasterCard Cardmembers (Cardmembers are eligible to redeem Malaysia Airlines Frequent Flyer Enrich Miles only).
  • Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer American Express Gold Credit Card (Cardmembers are eligible to redeem Krisflyer Miles only).
  • Maybank American Express Cash Back Gold (Cardmembers are eligible to earn Cash Back only)
  • Maybank FC Barcelona Visa Signature (Cardmembers are eligible to earn Cash Back only)

*Standard redemption conversion is 500 Points = RM1. The conversion rate may differ from standard conversion rate for selected redemption partner.

How to view TreatsPoints balance and redeem points?

With over 500 items and vouchers for redemption from our e-catalogues and participating On-The-Spot redemption merchants, there’s sure to be a TREAT for yourself or a gift for your family and friends.

Here’s how to view your TreatsPoints balance and redeem points via Maybank2u web:

Step 1: Log in to www.maybank2u.com.my

Step 2: Under ‘MY ACCOUNTS’, go to ‘CARDS’

Step 3: Scroll down until you see REWARDS

Step 4: Click ‘⋅⋅⋅’ at ‘Treats points + Banking Accounts’ to view details and redeem

Step 5:  In “View Detail”, it reflects the available points at each card level

Step 6: To redeem your points, click ‘REDEEM’

 

FOR CARDMEMBERS WITH TREATSPOINTS:

Choose from our wide selection of rewards and use your points to redeem the TREAT of your choice.

Take your time to browse through our e-Catalogue. Redeem through one of the following options:

  • Complete and email TreatsPoints Redemption form to maybankrewards@maybank.com.my, OR
  • Walk-in to our Maybank Card Centres in Menara Maybank / 1 Utama Shopping Centre / Suria KLCC / The Gardens Mall, OR
  • Call 1300 88 6688 and speak to our Customer Service Executive

TreatsPoints Validity

Dear Maybank Cardmembers,

Effective 6 February 2018, you may now view 6 months TreatsPoints Expiry in your credit card statement. The TreatsPoints expiry date will be shown in the credit card statement and all TreatsPoints must be redeemed prior to their expiry.
