Step 1:

Download the Credit Limit Increase Form.

Step 2:

Complete the required fields in the form and attach the required income documents as follows:

Type of Application

Documents Required

For Salaried Employee
  • Latest 1 months' salary slips, or
  • Latest BE form with official tax receipt, or
  • Latest EPF Statement

For Self-Employed
  • Latest 3 months' Bank Statements and Latest BE form with LHDN receipt (or proof of tax paid)

For Commission Earners
  • Latest 6 months' Commission Statements


Step 3:

Submit the completed form and income documents at any Maybank branch or :
