Dear Valued Customers,

Kindly be informed that starting from 7 October 2022, the below Amanah Saham Nasional Berhad (ASNB) services on the M2U MY app will be permanently moved to the MAE app to provide you with an improved mobile banking experience:

• View own and child’s account balance(s)
• Make transfers to own account(s) via Favourites

Rest assured that your ASNB account details and saved favourites will continue to be available on the MAE app. Here’s how to access them:

View account balance:
Step 1: Launch the MAE app and select ‘Maybank2u’ from the bottom navigation.
Step 2: Log in using your PIN or biometric identification.
Step 3: Select the ‘Wealth’ tab from the top navigation.
Step 4: Select ‘ASNB Accounts’ to view your account balance(s).

Transfer to own account:
Step 1: Launch the MAE app and select ‘Transfer’ from Quick Actions.
Step 2: Log in with your Maybank2u account.
Step 3: Select the ‘ASNB’ tab from the top navigation.
Step 4: Select your account under ‘Favourites’.
Step 5: Key in the amount and proceed to complete your transfer.

Perform new transfer:
Step 1: Launch the MAE app and select ‘Transfer’ from Quick Actions.
Step 2: Log in with your Maybank2u account.
Step 3: Select the ‘ASNB’ tab from the top navigation.
Step 4: Select ‘ASNB Transfer’ under New Transfer.
Step 5: Enter the transfer details and proceed to complete your transaction.

We strongly encourage you to download and transact via the MAE app for a more seamless mobile banking experience. The MAE app is available for download on the:

• Huawei AppGallery

Alternatively, you may use the Maybank2u website:

View account balance:
Step 1: Log in to www.maybank2u.com.my.
Step 2: Click on the ‘Wealth’ tab.
Step 3: Scroll down to ‘ASNB Amanah Nasional Berhad’ and click on ‘View’ to view your account balance(s).

Transfer to own account:
Step 1: Log in to www.maybank2u.com.my. 
Step 2: Click on ‘Pay & Transfer’ at the top navigation bar.
Step 3: Click on the ‘Transfer’ tab.
Step 4: Select ‘ASNB accounts’ beside Transfer To.
Step 5: Select your account from ASNB Own Accounts.
Step 6: Key in the transfer details and proceed to complete your transaction.

Perform new transfer:
Step 1: Log in to www.maybank2u.com.my. 
Step 2: Click on ‘Pay & Transfer’ at the top navigation bar.
Step 3: Click on the ‘Transfer’ tab.
Step 4: Select ‘ASNB accounts’ beside Transfer To.
Step 5: Click on ‘New Transfer’.
Step 6: Enter the transfer details and proceed to complete your transaction.
