As the economy reopens, we understand that some of you may still require support in your recovery journey, and we are committed to assist you.
Following the announcement made by the Government of Malaysia on 13 October 2021, we are offering a newly co-created scheme called Financial Management and Resilience Programme (URUS) to eligible B50 individual customers on an opt-in basis, in collaboration with Agensi Kaunseling & Pengurusan Kredit (AKPK). URUS will be open for application until 31 July 2022 and is currently available only to customers under the Flood Relief Assistance Programme.
Customers who do not fall under the eligibility criteria for URUS can opt to apply for Maybank Repayment Assistance Plans.
URUS is open for application until 31 July 2022 and is currently available only to customers who are under the Flood Relief Assistance programme. Once the URUS application is approved, it will supersede the existing Flood Relief Assistance programme.
URUS is a holistic assistance package which offers repayment assistance and development support, comprising personalised financial plans, financial education programmes, and avenues to supplement incomes and obtain other development support via referrals to the Social Synergy Network.
