The financing package is specifically designed to offer financial support for working capital and capital expenditure, aiming to facilitate the operation of businesses, managing day-to-day expenses, and sustain a healthy cash flow for Malaysian Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and available across all business sectors.

Note: Refinancing of existing facility by the same or other financial institutions is not allowed.

Eligibility

  • Minimum 51% Bumiputera ownership
  • Bumiputera status verified by Ministry of Finance or equivalent
  • Incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act 2016
  • Co-operatives registered with Suruhanjaya Koperasi Malaysia (SKM)
  • Limited Liability Partnerships (LLPs) and sole proprietorships registered with Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM)
  • Businesses registered with local authorities or district offices (for Sabah & Sarawak) or
  • Statutory bodies providing professional services
