Maybank exclusive promotion at Takashimaya Department Store, Singapore

Terms and Conditions:

1. Cashback up to 10% (“Offers”) are applicable for Maybank credit cards issued by Maybank Malaysia, Philippines and BII Maybank credit cards issued by PT. BII Indonesia. These Offers are not available to Maybank credit cards issued by Maybank, Singapore.
2. Offers are valid for purchases made in Takashimaya Department Store (Singapore) from Friday, 29 May 2015 to Monday, 31 Aug 2015 (“Campaign Period”) with a minimum S$350 in a single transaction.
3. Cashback is capped at RM150 per customer for Maybank credit cards issued in Malaysia, IDR500k (five hundred thousand Rupiah) per customer for BII credit cards issued in Indonesia & PHP3,500 per customer for Maybank credit cards issued in Philippines.
4. Cashback is capped at RM30,000 for Maybank Malaysia for the whole Campaign Period and will be based on a first-come, first-served basis.
5. Cashback is applicable for first 400 redemptions for BII Maybank Indonesia.
6. Cashback will be credited back to customer at maximum 10 weeks after end of Campaign Period.
7. Maybank reserves the right at its sole and absolute discretion to vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions, or withdraw, suspend or discontinue this Promotion at any time without prior notice to any Cardmember and/or any person. Maybank has the sole discretion to exclude any person from participating in the Promotion and Maybank’s decision on all matters with regards to this promotion shall be final, conclusive and binding on the Cardmember.
8. Maybank is not the supplier of goods and service(s) and makes no representation and/or warranty as to the quality, merchantability or fitness for purpose of the goods and service(s) provided. Any dispute over product quality or services by a merchant should be resolved directly between the Cardmember and the merchant.
9. Campaign terms and conditions may vary for individual countries. Should there be any discrepancy, country’s individual website will prevail.
