Section A: Eligibility
- Who is eligible?
The Offer is open to all principal and supplementary Maybank Cardmembers (including staff) whose Credit/ Charge/ Debit Cards are issued by Maybank and Maybank Islamic Malaysia.
Section B: Mechanics
- Do the published all-in round trip airfares include taxes and surcharges?
No. Return round trip airfares quoted exclude applicable taxes and surcharges. However, applicable taxes and surcharges are subject to change due to currency exchange fluctuation on actual date of booking.
- How to enjoy the discounted all-in round trip airfares?
Booking must be made for 2 persons and above; where all passengers must travel together to the same destination on Business class travel. Round trip airfares indicated are on a per person basis.
- What is the minimum and maximum number of days to travel?
No min and journey must be completed within the validity of 3months of the ticket.
- What if the Cardmember travels alone?
If a Cardmember attempts to book for one person/ passenger (1 ticket), it will reflect our current fares in the market.
- How about child below 12 years old or infant?
Child aged 2 – 11 years will be charged adult airfares for this promotion; while infant (not occupying seat) aged 1 – 23 months will be charged at 10% of the adult published airfares. Please note that both child and infant must be accompanied by a travelling adult, other applicable taxes and surcharges will still apply.
- Can Cardmembers make multiple bookings to enjoy the discounted all-in round trip airfares?
Yes. There is no limitation to the number of booking, but each booking must be made for minimum 2 persons traveling together to the same destination on business class.
- Can Cardmembers enjoy the discounted all-in round trip airfares if he/she book tickets to travel at different times/ to different destinations?
No. Each pair of tickets must be purchased on the same return flight (i.e. same destination & flight) and business class ticket only.
- Must Cardmembers be of the passengers traveling?
No
- Is there any flight restriction or black-out date?
Booking is subject seat availability at the point of booking without flight restriction; but black-out dates apply.
- Can Cardmember select seats for their flight tickets?
Yes
- Are the inflight meals ‘Halal’?
Yes
- Can Cardmembers request for change or date or flight after booking confirmation?
Yes, change of date or flight is allowed and MUST be done together for both passengers with the following charges
- Before flight departure date: MYR100
- After flight departure date: MYR220.
- No change is permitted for individual passenger.
- Can Cardmembers request for change of destination after booking confirmation?
Not permitted.
- Can Cardmembers request for booking cancellation?
Yes by calling Garuda Indonesia office.
- Any extra check-in baggage allowance applicable to each passenger?
Garuda Indonesia check in baggage allowance is 40 kgs.
- What is the maximum stay for stopover at Jakarta without surcharge?
1(One) stopover in Jakarta is permitted with no cost and any additional stopover in Jakarta is subject to MYR100. Validity of the tickets is 3 months.
