First are you a Malaysian, or an expatriate? A current Maybank/ Maybank Islamic account holder? And is your annual income at least RM60,000?
As a principle cardholder are you between 21 to 65, and are any supplementary cardholders at least 18?
Ok? Then we can move on to the documents we'll need with your application
For any Supplementary Cardholder all you need to prepare is a copy of the NRIC (both sides) or Passport.
As a Principal Cardholder, if you are salaried employee please prepare:
- A copy of NRIC (both sides) or Passport
- Your latest 3 months' salary slips
- Your latest 6 months' savings account activity/current account statements
If you are self-employed please prepare:
- Copy of NRIC (both sides) or Passport
- Income Tax Return (Form B/Latest EA form)
- Copies of your Business Registration Certificate/Trading License/ Form 9, Form 24 and Form 49
- Your latest 6 months' company/personal Bank Statements
If you are an expatriate please prepare:
- A letter from your employer confirming the duration your of employment contract in Malaysia
