    For cases of Account Debited without Dispense/Short Dispense/Unauthorized withdrawals
    • Please report the incident to the Branch, ATM Centre or Data Centre
    • An investigation will be made by ATM Centre and the Branch
    • A reversal of funds shall be done when proven that an error took place
    • Follow-ups can be done at the Branch and ATM Centre

    For cases of lost card
    • Please report immediately to ATM Centre, Branch or Data Centre
    • Fill up a form at your maintaining Branch for card replacement

    For cases of retained Cards
    • Retained cards can be claimed within 3 to 5 banking days at your maintaining Branch/Bank

    For cases of Damaged card/Forgotten PIN
    • Report to maintaining Branch
    • Fill up a form at your maintaining Branch for card replacement
