myzone@Maybank2u.com offers teenagers a door into a new, fast, convenient and safe banking environment. Not only can you perform a  whole range of online banking transactions, but you can also get the latest entertainment news, practical study info, plus enjoy hassle-free online shopping, prepaid top-ups, exciting downloads and much, much more. Best of all, you can do it anytime, anywhere you have internet access.

Eligibility

All imteen savings account holders with Internet access can enjoy myzone services. And it’s so simple – just activate your myzone access using your new imteen Maybankard ATM number, and Internet Banking PIN.

Online banking

Here’s where to look for easy step-by-step tutorials for using our online banking services after you log-in.

A) Enquiry
Account Summary
Here’s how you can access information on your imteen savings account that is linked to the Maybankard ATM card.

  1. Click on Online Banking and select Account Summary.
  2. Your imteen savings account will be shown, and you need to select this account for the next screen to appear.
  3. Now, choose either View Recent/Today's Transactions or View Transaction History (which shows transactions made over the last 58 days).
  4. The next screen will display your account summary.

Internet Transactions History
Want a quick summary of previous transactions done via myzone? Follow these steps to view your transactions over the last 60 days:

  1. Click on Online Banking and select Your Internet Transaction History.
  2. Select your imteen Account Number and click Next.
  3. The following screen will show your internet transactions done via myzone.

B)  Funds Transfer
Learn how to use these basic Funds Transfer services in our easy step-by-step guide.
 Own Accounts Transfer
You can move a specific amount of cash across from your imteen savings account to another personal account, whether immediately or at a selected future date. Here’s how:

  1. Select Funds Transfer and click on Own Accounts.
  2. Select From Account and To Account.
  3. Key in the Amount.
  4. Select Effective Date. The effective date is set to “Today”. If you wish to transfer the funds at a future date, select the date and click Next.
  5. The next screen will list details of the funds transfer you have just requested.
  6. Click Confirm to submit.

The status and details of your funds transfer transaction will appear.

Enquiry/Cancel Future Transfer
Check out this list of services offered to help you keep track of your future fund transfers:
- Enquire about funds transfer(s) to be made in the future

  1. Select Funds Transfer and click on Enquire/Cancel Future Transfer.
  2. All your Future Transfer details will be displayed in a table on screen.

- Cancel funds transfer(s) to be made in the future

  1. Select Funds Transfer and click on Enquire/Cancel Future Transfer. Your Future Transfer details will be displayed in a table.
  2. Tick the box beside the future transfer(s) you wish to cancel and click Next.
  3. The next screen will list details of the future transfer(s) you wish to cancel.
  4. Click Confirm to submit.

The status and details of your future transfer cancellation will appear.

- View your future funds transfer history

  1. Select Funds Transfer and click on Enquire/Cancel Future Transfer.
  2. Your Future Transfer(s) information will appear on screen.
  3. Click on the View Future Funds Transfer History link.

The status and details of your Future Transfer(s) will be shown.

Online bill payment

A)  How to Pay Bills
Did you know you can actually settle your bills @myzone? Discover how easy it is to pay your bills online to over 500 payee corporations. No more hassle, no more queues, no more missed payments! Our step-by-step guide to Online Bills Payment service keeps you one step ahead!

Registered Payment
You can make either immediate or future payments to corporations that you have registered earlier using Bill Registration. These are known as registered payments as you have selected them earlier as regular bills. Just follow the steps below:

  1. Select Online Bill Payment and click on Registered Payment.
  2. Select Corporation Name from the list provided and click Next.
  3. Select From Account.
  4. Enter the payment Amount (without RM) and Bill Reference Number, if required.
  5. Select Effective Date. The effective date is set as “Today”. If you wish to change it to a future payment, select the future date required and click Next.
  6. Confirm the transaction if all information on the screen is correct.

The status and details of your payment transaction will appear.

Bill Registration
Here’s where you register your favourite or regular monthly bills to make Registered Payments. You will need a TAC in order to register your payee corporations.

  • Select Online Bill Payment and click on Bill Registration.
  1. Select Corporation Name from the list provided and click Next.
  2. Enter the Bill Account Number and Bill Account Holder Name.
  3. Once you have keyed in all the information required, click Register. Your bill registration details will appear on the screen.
  4. Enter your TAC and click Confirm to submit.

The status and details of your bill registration will appear.

Bill Deregistration
Want to remove a corporation from your favourite bills list? This is what you should do:

  1. Select Online Bill Payment and click on Bill Deregistration.
  2. The screen will display all your registered bills. Tick the box of payee(s) you intend to delete from the list and click Next.
  3. Check the details in the next screen and click Confirm to submit.

The status and details of your bill deregistration will appear.

Enquire/Cancel Future Payment Status
If you wish to track your future payment status, view previous future payment transactions or just cancel a future payment set earlier, here’s what to do:
–  Enquire about payment(s) to be made in the future

  1. Select Online Bill Payment and click on Enquiry/Cancel Future Payment Status.

The status and details of your future payments will be shown in a table.
 
–  Cancel payment(s) to be made in the future

  1. Select Online Bill Payment and click on Enquiry/Cancel Future Payment.
  2. Tick the box beside the future payment(s) you wish to cancel and click Next.
  3. Check the details that appear in the next screen and click Confirm to submit.

The status and details of your future payment cancellation will appear.

View Your Future Payment History

  1. Select Funds Payment and click on Enquiry/Cancel Future Payment.
  2. Your Future Payment(s) information will be displayed.
  3. Click on the View Future Payment History link.

The status and details of your Future Payment(s) will be shown.

B)   How to Perform Prepaid Reloads/Top-Ups
If you’re a Celcom, DiGi, Maxis Hotlink, tmnet prepaid, iTalk or Ring Ring customers, great news! You can conveniently reload your prepaid mobile/internet service in a few simple steps:

  1. Select Online Prepaid.
  2. Select the Mobile/Internet Type and click Next.
  3. To reload Celcom Prepaid (Xplore, Xceed, Xcel), you will need to select the Access Type and click Next.
  4. Select From Account, Amount and click Next.
  5. Key in your TAC and click Next.
  6. Confirm the transaction if all information on the screen is correct.

The status and details of your payment transaction will appear*. Click Print to record your transaction for future reference.

* For iTalk and Ring Ring reloads, please wait till your top up PIN is displayed in the pop-up screen.

My Profile

Update Profile

  1. Select Utilities and click on Update Profile.
  2. Your general information will appear on the screen.
  3. Complete the form below and click Submit.
  4. You will see the updated profile in the last screen.

Update Contact Information

  1. Select Utilities and click on Update Contact Information.
  2. Enter your Password and IC/Passport No. and click Next.
  3. Select the account you wish to update from the list and click Next.
  4. Enter your new contact address and e-mail. (E-mail is compulsory.)

Utilities

Here’s where myzone users can request for TAC to perform specific banking transactions, change your Internet Banking passwords and update your profile and contact info.

TAC Request

  1. Select Utilities and TAC Request.
  2. Click the Request TAC Now button.
  3. The next screen will inform you of your request status.
  4. If your request is successful, your TAC will be sent via SMS to your pre-registered mobile phone number.

Change Password

  1. Select Utilities and click on Change Password.
  2. Enter your Old Password (existing password). Enter your New Password and Confirm New Password – make sure both are the same. (Please read the Note when you enter your new password.)
  3. Click Submit and then OK to proceed.
  4. The following screen will inform you of the status of your application.
