2009: The Way Forward
A compass is a navigational instrument used to determine direction. Maybank is guided by a moral compass, which consists of its core values of Teamwork, Integrity, Growth, Excellence and Efficiency, and Relationship Building (TIGER), as it scans the horizon in search of the best way towards its ultimate destination. The horizon depicted in the picture opens up to infinite possibilities. This signifies that Maybank remains optimistic about the future. Navigating a paved road rather than a rough one indicates that Maybank has, over the years, laid the groundwork for better performance in the years to come by drawing up its 6-year roadmap and setting significant mile posts well into the future in a continuing bid to deliver greater value to its stakeholders.
