How to make a one-off payment to your DiGi Postpaid account

  1. Enter your M2U login details.
  2. Click on "Accounts & Banking". Select "Bill Payment". Then select "Make a one-off payment". 
  3. Go to "View all payees by category", and select "Broadcasting & Telecommunications".
  4. Choose "DiGi Telecommunications Sdn Bhd (Postpaid)" from the list.
  5. Enter the payment amount, bill account number and your Mobile Number
  6. Confirm your payment details by entering a TAC number.

If your payment is successful, a "Successful" message will be presented. You can choose to print out an online receipt for your future reference.
