- Holders of FD Receipts and /or ASB/ASN Certificates*
- Age between 18 and 60
- Individuals or joint account holders**
* ASB/ASN certificate holder is only applicable to Sole Proprietor.
** Joint account is only applicable to FD Receipt holder.
Required Documents
- Photocopy of Identity Card.
- Photocopy of latest Form J or, latest 3 months pay slip or, other acceptable proof of income.
- Other documents would be based on facility required.
